เมื่อวันที่ 22 สิงหาคม 2567 โครงการพลังงานสะอาดเข้าถึงได้และมั่นคง สำหรับภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (Clean, Affordable, and Secure Energy for Southeast Asia: CASE) โดยองค์กรความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศของเยอรมัน (GIZ) ร่วมกับสถาบันวิจัยพลังงาน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (ERI) ไทยพีบีเอสพอดคาสต์ ศูนย์สื่อสารวาระทางสังคมและนโยบายสาธารณะ (The Active) และสถาบันวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศไทย (TDRI) จัดงาน “แก้กับดักนโยบายพลังงานสะอาด สร้างโอกาสประเทศ” ที่ องค์การกระจายเสียงและแพร่ภาพสาธารณะแห่งประเทศไทย ดร.สิริภา จุลกาญจน์ สถาบันวิจัยพลังงาน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (ERI) นำเสนอผลการศึกษา “ปลดล็อกโซลาร์บนหลังคาพาไทยถึงเป้าพลังงานสะอาดอย่างยั่งยืน” โดยระบุว่า ประเทศไทยมีศักยภาพสูงในการผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์เพื่อใช้เองจากการติดตั้งโซล่าร์บนหลังคา หรือที่เรียกว่าการผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบกระจายศูนย์ (distributed PV) แต่ปัจจุบันภาครัฐยังไม่มีการตั้งเป้าหมายโดยตรง หรือออกมาตรการทางนโยบายและแรงจูงใจที่เหมาะสมมาใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนให้เกิดการผลิตพลังงานหมุนเวียนในรูปแบบดังกล่าว อีกทั้งในร่างแผนพัฒนากำลังผลิตไฟฟ้าของประเทศ หรือ แผน PDP 2024 ไม่ได้มีการระบุถึงทิศทางและนโยบายสนับสนุนการติดตั้งโซลาร์บนหลังคา รวมถึงการขายไฟฟ้าส่วนเกินที่ได้จากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคาให้กับการไฟฟ้าที่เรียกว่า Independent power supply […]

Viet Nam’s power system is rapidly integrating more renewable energy, especially wind and solar power, as outlined in PDP8. This expansion necessitates a more adaptable electricity grid to accommodate the variability of these sources. Investment and technological advancements are crucial to enhance grid flexibility, alongside traditional methods.
