เมื่อโลกเดือดขึ้นทุกวัน…
ต้นทุนของการ “ไม่เปลี่ยน” อาจสูงกว่าต้นทุนของการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงาน ทั้งในมิติของความมั่นคงทางพลังงาน เศรษฐกิจ ความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และการบรรลุเป้าหมายด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศ
วิกฤตพลังงานโลกในช่วงต้นปี 2569 ได้ตอกย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างระบบพลังงานที่มีความมั่นคง ยืดหยุ่น และพร้อมรับมือกับความท้าทายในอนาคต ขณะเดียวกันก็เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเร่งการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่พลังงานสะอาดของประเทศไทย
ด้วยเหตุนี้ โครงการพลังงานสะอาด เข้าถึงได้ และมั่นคงสำหรับภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (CASE) นำโดย GIZ ร่วมกับ สถาบันวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศไทย (TDRI) และสถาบันวิจัยพลังงาน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (ERI) จัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนนโยบายการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงาน ภายใต้หัวข้อ ⚡️ “พลังงานในโลกเดือด: ทางเลือกที่เลี่ยงไม่ได้ของไทย”
ร่วมรับฟังบทเรียนจากประเทศในภูมิภาคอาเซียนในการรับมือกับความท้าทายด้านพลังงาน และแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองต่อแนวทางการเปลี่ยนผ่านพลังงานของประเทศไทย เพื่อสร้างระบบพลังงานที่มั่นคง เข้าถึงได้ เป็นธรรม และยั่งยืน

Energy security and clean energy transition are increasingly shaping policy discussions across Southeast Asia.
The global energy crisis in early 2026 highlighted the need for more resilient energy systems and underscored the importance of accelerating the transition towards clean energy. For Thailand, this transition is closely linked not only to climate goals, but also to economic resilience, competitiveness, and long-term energy security.
Against this backdrop, the project Clean, Affordable and Secure Energy for Southeast Asia (CASE) in Thailand, implemented by GIZ in collaboration with the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI) and the Energy Research Institute of Chulalongkorn University (ERI), is organising the National Energy Transition Policy Dialogue 2026 under the theme:
⚡️ Energy in a Boiling World: Thailand’s Unavoidable Choices
The dialogue will bring together policymakers, experts, academia, private sector representatives, and civil society to exchange perspectives on the opportunities and challenges of Thailand’s energy transition. Participants will also explore lessons learned from across Southeast Asia and discuss pathways towards a secure, affordable, inclusive, and sustainable energy future.
